Our gym boasts state-of-the art equipment and we have an experienced team ready to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Classes

Need that extra bit of motivation or don’t like training on your own? Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced exercisers, so don’t be afraid to give them a go.

Our Opening Hours are:

Monday – Thursday: 6.30am – 9.00pm

Friday: 6.30am – 8.00pm

Saturday: 9.00am – 8.00pm

Sunday (and Bank Holidays): 9.00am – 6.00pm

The swimming pool must be vacated 15 minutes before closing time.

Gym Facilities

We are happy to have an extensive list of equipment available in our gym, including; spin bikes, rowing machines, cross trainers, treadmill, upright bikes, steppers, squat racks, smith machine, chest fly, shoulder press, lat pull down machine, chest press, seated leg curl machine, TRX cables and free weights.

After your gym visit you can take advantage of our 17-metre swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna.

Having undergone extensive refurbishment, our spa area re-opened in late 2021 under the management of Nikki Jordan of Allure Beauty in Swords. Since our re-opening, we have received nothing but rave reviews and fabulous feedback. Our midweek spa packages, including treatments and dinner are perfect for a couples night away, or for getting the girls together for that well earned catch up.
