Dion Woods
Hi, my name is Dion, I’m a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I have numerous years in the fitness industry. I work with anybody who is willing to put in the hard work, follow instructions and commit to their goals. I offer a range of a range of coaching services such as ,1 on 1 coaching, weight loss, strength training or mobility training. If you sit in an office all day or are an A type athlete, I’m the man for you. I don’t just talk the talk; I walk the walk. I’m an all-Ireland natural bodybuilding silver medallist. Let’s get to work!
Heike McGlynn
Hi, my name is Heike , and I am a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. If you are looking to get help with your gym workouts either for better form, weight management, muscle gains or maintenance, I can be of help. I gained my experience by going to the gym for over 10 years and attending lots of different classes myself. My qualifications in group fitness cover Kettlebell training, Suspension training (TRX), Indoor Cycling (Spinning) and Exercise to Music. It is good to train for the health of your body and mind and it is never too late to start improving your life. Please get in touch if you would like more information on how I can help with your training. I have recently completed my Pre and Post Natal course, qualified with NTC, accredited by Reps Ireland. I can help you with nutrition and dietary needs during pregnancy, suitable exercise programmes for pregnant clients and post pregnancy advice and exercise programmes.
Vicky KOWALKIEWICZ
Hi, my name is Vicky, I have a NFQ Level 4 Certificate in Personal Training and a NFQ Level 3 Certificate in Fitness Instruction. I coach people online and I also do 1-1 personal training. I help clients from various backgrounds, and I am willing to help you with anything that you are struggling with in a sustainable and enjoyable way with no restrictive diet or lifestyle. I am ambitious, helpful, and understanding. Lack of accountability and understanding might be what is stopping you from achieving your goals and together we can do better 😊.
